Dual Channel Radiation Tolerant Hermetic Surface Mount Phototransistor Optocouplers
The OLS2249 is designed especially for hirel applications requiring optical isolation in radiation environments such as gamma, neutron and proton radiation with high current transfer ratio and low saturation Vce. Each optocoupler channel consists of a light emitting diode and a NPN silicon phototransistor electrically isolated but optically coupled inside a hermetic 8-pin leadless chip carrier package. Electrical parameters are similar to the OLS049 or OLS249 single channel optocoupler.
